Breath, Movement and Meditation became the catalyst for change. Creating a space to Live Well and put into practice 'Yoga for Wellness'."

Kat is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Graduate of The Elemental Mind/Body Yoga Teacher Training - 200RYT with Bo Forbes & The Body Awakening Yoga Teacher Training - 200RYT with David Vendetti. In addition, she has trained with Amy Weintraub (Yoga For Depression), and is a certified LifeForce® Yoga Practicioner specializing in Yoga for Anxiety & Depression. Kat assisted Amy in a day long workshop titled, "LifeForce® Yoga to Manage Your Mood" in August of 2008 in the Boston area.

The greatest joy comes from teaching led yoga classes for yogaHOPE, a nonprofit organization,which helps underserved women in the community.

Kat is a member of IYNAUS - Iyengar Yoga National Association United States and The Cambridge Insight Meditation Center.

She continues her asana and yoga philosophy studies with Patricia Walden.

Yoga For Wellness®

Yoga for Wellness consists of a sixty or ninety minute session focusing on gentle asana movement, pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation.
